THE PITT STOP

If you're ever in Winchester, Il., where we live, and get the craving for some good pizza, stop by THE PITT STOP located on the south side of the square. Visit with Michael, the owner, and his staff and enjoy a great meal and atmosphere. STAR BOUND

This is a 2 foot barn quilt that we are donating to the Winchester Grade School Penny Carnival Silent Auction. I think this BQ looks better hung on point instead of flat. You be the judge. Thanks for looking.

DIRECTOR'S DREAM RED

Here's the red version of the "Director's Dream" quilt block design. It adds a little more color to the front of the house. Hopefully we can get the lattice work and landscaping done this Summer.

I like this design so much that I think I'll make a number of different color versions. Blue will be next. Thanks for looking.

WINTER STORM

Pretty wicked outside this morning. Churches are cancelled and I'm sure schools will be tomorrow. Wind chills tomorrow are supposed to be between 25 and 40 below with the high of only minus 2! Guess I'll stay inside today and work on barn quilts.
